There are many things about this thermometer we wanted, but the main thing we dislike is that it's cheap enough. The functionality and ease of use is great. We particularly liked the ceiling at the rear of the track, it would expand. Ideal for testing in a hot oven. But first we decided to race to the top of the Christmas day, when we inserted in the meat we used. It always works and it is not canceled, but it is now wrong. Needless towe say, the hope of a product much better, when it came to sustainability.
