Here are our FREE November recipe: It's dealing with a KISS. A Grilled fish fillet cooked to sweet and sassy.
This is so easy, I probably should not call it a recipe.
2 kg fillet a firm fish (swordfish, salmon, halibut, mahi, etc) on your skin!
1 / 2 glass of Sweet & Sassy Salsa
Warm up the grill and spread a sheet of aluminum foil in the grill cooking surface. Place the fillets skin side down on foil. Spread the salsa in a strip in the middle of the fillet.Let's leave the lid and cook. Check every 8-10 minutes to see if the fish is fat bubbling to white. Do not be too long. Choose your fillet carefully for the same thickness to ensure even cooking. If it firms and cooked all the way through, smoothing your portions right on the plate with rice pilaf and some vegetables. I recommend some thin slices of zucchini and yellow squash. You can do in a fry pan, not to do, or on the same grill ... to the side ofCourse.
When the time comes to clean the skin, the film is set after you lift the fish. So roll the aluminum foil and throw it, if not get the pests on them. WOW look at the clean grill surface. You're a genius.
Oh, one more thing, our Garlic Habanero Hot Sauce is good any type of rice dish! Even the rice pilaf is serving you. I do not serve bread with this fish-meal, because the rice, but I have a Caesar salad before serving hand. OMG ... I'm starvingnow.
