The temperature of the air is warm, but clouds, winds blow up quickly and down by the sea. Here is almost all water and blue. Wherever you stand you have a view of the sea and sky. As you turn up to 360Degrees, all lines of the land and sea to the horizon where the sky meets the sea in parallel. The endless lagoon is an ever-changing palette of blues, greens and grays, and you see the sea merging with the sky to the horizon.
Aitutaki is a beautiful and remote island, the species from which dreams are made. It is a triangular "almost' atoll rises to 4000 m above the floor of the Pacific Ocean. It consists of three volcanic and 12 coral islands (motus).Life on Aitutaki moves at a wonderfully relaxed tempo which is why it is such a popular destination for visitors who fly in from Rarotonga for day trips and is a long stay.
